All individuals with the intent to publish photographs, information or video from (Venue Name) events must be approved by Event or Tour Management prior to the event to receive proper credentials.
To receive credentials, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with a written request stating your publication/TV station/radio station/website name no less than seven days prior to the desired event. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Please note that approval may not be decided until the day before or day of the event.
